Social Media Manager
Job Summary
I.OVERVIEW:
We’re growing—and looking for a creative powerhouse to join one of the top-performing branches at Supreme Lending. If you live and breathe social media, love working on a team, and are ready to help tell the stories of 15+ mortgage professionals (and counting), this is your chance to build something big!
II.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage 20+ loan officer social media accounts
- Write engaging captions and build out monthly content calendars
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok’s, and other platforms.)
- Engage with audiences—commenting, liking, and replying on behalf of our LOs
- Create on-brand graphics using Canva
- Strategize and execute local campaigns, giveaways, and recruiting content
- Stay on top of trends and algorithm updates across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Potentially support a new podcast launch (light editing and coordination)
- Use tools like CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later/Planoly, or similar-to schedule content
III.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot)
- Excellent writing skills (you know how to stop the scroll with a great hook)
- Canva experience required
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Bonus points for experience in mortgage, real estate, or recruiting content
