SVP of Sales and Finance
Job Description
Overview
The SVP of Sales and Finance is a field-facing business leader responsible for helping Supreme Lending’s sales leaders build, grow, and operate healthy, profitable branches and regions. The role combines branch finance, performance management, sales leadership support, business strategy, and relationship management across a nationwide network of more than 200 mortgage branches.
This leader and the Branch Finance team serve as primary points of contact and trusted advisors to branch and regional leadership. The role uses financial, production, operational, and market insight to help leaders understand what is driving performance, make better decisions, develop practical growth plans, manage expenses, strengthen their operating model, and maximize their earnings.
Success requires more than reporting results. The SVP of Sales and Finance must understand how mortgage branches win across business development, recruiting, marketing, pricing, staffing, fulfillment, and customer experience, and must be able to coach leaders to translate that understanding into action.
